The Sports Hour to make its debut on FM Radio

Nerve Radio’s Sports Hour will hit the FM airwaves for the first time this Monday, as part of Nerve Media’s special FM fortnight of radio broadcasting.

Jack Hyom and Rob Dugmore, better known as Jack and Duggy, will be presenting online as well as 87.7FM at 1pm. The show will be getting the best of the post-match reaction to AFC Bournemouth’s 3-1 defeat to local promotion rivals Southampton in the pick of an action-packed weekend in League One. Make sure you tune in to the show for a fantastic opportunity to win two free tickets to an upcoming home game in the first of four competition give-aways from the Sports team.

We will also have an exclusive interview with leading football commentator Clive Tyldesley, who is renowned for providing some memorable vocals to accompany Manchester United’s incredible Champions League victory over Bayern Munich in 1999. He will be talking about the big moments that stick in his memory, as well as the magic of the FA Cup.

And we will also be speaking to local Boxing gym owner Cornelius Carr, who is a former British Champion and has an an exciting scheme at the gym that anyone can make a fist of. He will also be talking about the eagerly-awaited confirmation that David Haye will be stepping in the ring with Russian powerhouse Wladimir Klitschko.

And there’s even more. We will be looking back at the weekend’s Six Nations with Rugby Correspondent Stephen Johns and we will cast an eye over the rest of the weekend’s big sporting events.
