2012 couldn’t have gone much better for Frank Turner. A sell-out tour, not to mention appearances at Wembley Arena and of course, a slot at the Olympic opening ceremony means it’s (unfortunately) extremely rare to catch him at such a tiny venue as the Joiners in Southampton. Sadly though, this performance was one that Frank would have wished he would never have to do.
